Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Laundryfy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394), and all other applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this application.

Description of Service

  • Discovery of nearby laundry shops
  • Order placement and tracking
  • Communication between customers and shops
  • Reviews and ratings

Laundryfy acts as a platform only. The actual laundry services are provided by independent third-party shops.

User Accounts

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be at least 18 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction)
  • Consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act and our Privacy Policy

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal and contractual restrictions.

Orders and Payments

  • You are entering into a contract directly with the laundry shop
  • Prices are set by the individual shops
  • Payment arrangements are between you and the shop
  • We are not responsible for service quality or disputes
  • All payments must comply with Philippine laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering and consumer protection laws

User Conduct

  • Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or shops
  • Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
  • Violate any local, national, or international laws, including the Cybercrime Prevention Act (RA 10175)
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the app
  • Use the app for commercial purposes without permission
  • Use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose

Reviews and User Content

  • You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content
  • You represent that your content is accurate and lawful
  • You will not post spam or fake reviews
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines

Shop Owner Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate service information and pricing
  • Fulfill orders in a timely and professional manner
  • Comply with all applicable business laws and regulations
  • Handle customer data responsibly and securely
  • Resolve disputes with customers directly and professionally

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Laundryfy are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

  • Quality of services provided by laundry shops
  • Loss or damage to your laundry items
  • Service disruptions or app downtime
  • Disputes between users and shops
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laundryfy, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the app. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, for non-compliance with Philippine law, or for any other reason. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings. Apple and other third-party platforms may also suspend or remove your access in accordance with their policies.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or your registered email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Makati City, Philippines. If required by Apple or other app stores, you agree to submit to their dispute resolution processes as well.

Apple App Store Notice

This app is distributed via the Apple App Store. You acknowledge that Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its content. In case of any conflict between these terms and Apple’s policies, Apple’s policies shall prevail for iOS users. You agree to comply with all applicable Apple App Store terms and conditions.
